1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.pacecg.com and to any pass, registration or membership you buy from PACE, including passes for Horizon 2026, the Events & Wedding Conclave in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. By using the site or buying a pass, you agree to these terms.
2. Passes and payment
- All pass prices are inclusive of GST.
- Payment is taken online through PayU and Cashfree. Your booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
- Each pass admits one person. You may be asked to show your confirmation and a valid photo ID at entry.
3. No refunds
- All pass purchases are final and non-refundable, including if you cancel, can't attend or don't show up.
- If PACE cancels the event, we will refund the amount you paid. If we postpone it, your pass will be valid for the new date.
- If a payment fails or you're charged twice by mistake, we will refund the extra amount in full.
4. Entry and conduct
- PACE may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who behaves unsafely, disrupts the event, damages property or ignores venue rules. No refund is given in these cases.
- Please follow the instructions of PACE staff, volunteers and venue security.
5. Programme changes
Speakers, sessions, timings and exhibitors may change without notice. These changes are not grounds for a refund.
6. Photos and video
The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that PACE may use this footage on its website, on social media and in future promotion. If you'd rather stay off camera, tell the registration desk. Our Privacy Policy has more detail.
7. Personal belongings and liability
- You are responsible for your own belongings. PACE is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage.
- To the extent the law allows, PACE is not liable for indirect losses arising from the event or the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your pass.
8. Website use
- All content on this site, including the PACE and Horizon 2026 names, logos, text and images, belongs to PACE or its partners. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
- Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to access it without authorisation or by interfering with how it works.
- We try to keep information on the site accurate but can't guarantee it is always complete or up to date.
9. Events beyond our control
PACE is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government orders, public emergencies or venue closures.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you bought your pass applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
